How important are the safety features in Patch Management software? What applications would you like to add to the list of applications CSM supports? What new features would you like use in Centero Software Manager?

What do CSM users and other IT environment heroes think? We’d like to hear your answer to these questions and more! We know from experience the organizations’ IT environments have different needs when it comes to application management. With this survey we want to pinpoint real device-environment-related end-user needs: the information will help us to develop our Patch Management process, and the CSM product development can answer those needs.

As we discuss in our blog on CSM product development’s check marks, we are constantly adding new features to Centero Software Manager, most of them functionalities our customers have asked for. In short, we want to develop our product to meet our customers’ real needs.
